690 million women worldwide are between the ages of 45 and 59, when menopause typically occurs.
01Why we exist
We believe everyone deserves to know what the research actually says about what they put in their body.
That research is sitting in published clinical trials and peer-reviewed journals, behind paywalls and medical jargon that were never designed to reach the people who need it most. Meanwhile, supplement labels list doses, not whether those doses were ever studied.
So people guess. They read reviews, follow ads, and hope. We think they deserve better than hope.
02How we work
Every claim traces to a published study, cited by name. If a number isn't in the source, we don't say it.
"This hasn't been studied" and "the label doesn't say" are answers too. We give them plainly instead of filling the gap.
Checking a supplement, asking a question and seeing safety warnings are free, forever. They are never behind a paywall.
Your stage of life, your symptoms, your dose, the air where you live. Not one-size-fits-all.
Empathy first, then evidence. Like a knowledgeable friend, not a medical pamphlet.
03Where we started, where we're going
We started by reviewing the evidence on medicinal mushrooms for people going through cancer treatment. That work is now peer-reviewed and published in Clinical Immunology Communications ↗.
Women in menopause are often left to guess, standing in the supplement aisle after being told it's "just stress." NutrAI checks what they take against the research, in plain language.
The same method across the whole supplement industry: for women, men and children, in every country. Wherever someone is guessing about their health, the research should reach them.
04Our promise
We will never invent a citation, a study or a number. We will never tell you a supplement cures, treats or prevents anything. We will tell you when the research is strong, when it's thin, and when it doesn't exist.
And we will always tell you to talk to your doctor, because we're here to inform the conversation, not replace it.
