01Why we exist

We believe everyone deserves to know what the research actually says about what they put in their body.

That research exists. It's sitting in published clinical trials and peer-reviewed journals, behind paywalls and medical jargon that were never designed to reach the people who need it most.

We're a research company. We read the trials, check the doses, and bring what we find to you in plain language. Honestly, even when the answer is "this hasn't been studied."

Our research is peer-reviewed. Published in Clinical Immunology Communications, 2025 ↗

How we evaluate a supplement

Labels list doses, not whether those doses were ever studied. Every evaluation follows the same four steps.

FindSupplement Facts label

Identify every ingredient on the label, including the ones hidden in blends.

CheckLabel completeness

Is the form and amount actually declared? If not, we say so instead of guessing.

ComparePublished clinical trials

Set the form and dose on the label beside what was studied, and cite the trials.

PlaceEnvironmental data

Add air quality, heat, humidity and UV where you live, and what the research says they mean for you.

07FAQ

Questions, answered

What is NutrAI?

NutrAI is an app from Replenish NutrAI, built first for women in menopause. You scan a supplement and see how each ingredient and dose compares with published clinical trials, ask questions and get answers with sources, and see what your local environment means for your symptoms.

Is NutrAI free?

Yes. Scanning supplements, asking NutrAI questions with sources, and safety warnings are free, forever. NutrAI+ adds symptom tracking, a monthly health report, a doctor visit export and personal history for $12.99 a month, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required.

How does NutrAI check a supplement?

Every evaluation follows the same steps. We identify each ingredient on the Supplement Facts label, check whether its form and amount are actually declared, compare that form and dose with what was studied in published clinical trials, and cite the trials. If the label doesn't say enough, or an ingredient hasn't been studied, we tell you.

Do menopause supplements work?

It depends on the ingredient, its form and its dose. Some ingredients have been studied in clinical trials for menopause symptoms; many have not, or were studied at doses different from what labels provide. NutrAI shows you what the research says for each ingredient on your label, including when it hasn't been studied.

Is NutrAI medical advice?

No. NutrAI shares information from published research for educational purposes. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor before starting or changing any supplement.

Where does the research come from?

From published clinical trials and peer-reviewed journals. Every answer names the studies it is based on. Our own team also publishes peer-reviewed research, including a 2025 review in Clinical Immunology Communications.
